The setup process is simple. Once all the signup formalities are completed with your host (DialWebHosting) you will be provided with a control panel
to manage your domain account. You will then have to update the domains where you intend to host your email. You then create user accounts and create mail accounts with address and passwords.
Create multiple aliases to facilitate one user to have multiple email addresses and set up groups for common accounts. Check if the MX records and any similar are functional to your DNS. The emails will be delivered to your new mail account.
If you are already holding an account with another host, you must transfer all your emails using the POP or IMAP protocols. Use the PST Migration or Exchange Migration in case your emails are presently in Exchange server or PST files. You must publish your new IP addresses
with the Sender Policy Framework (SPF)Records to get the authority to send emails from your domain and avoid being marked as spamming emails. You may also set up a catch- all account, to prevent misspelt emails meant for you, from being lost.
