Yes. You may upgrade the VPS account without experiencing downtime and interrupting performance. On the other hand, if you want to downgrade the account, you should submit ticket to our billing department in order to change the VPS hosting plan. In addition, you can write a mail to us, providing details of the latest resource settings.
In order to make any changes to RAM, you need to reboot the system once our experts finish RAM allotment according to the request to VPS. If you want to increase or decrease the bandwidth, then there should be no changes made by you as they are made by accounts team within billing system.
Basically, there are a few ways of increasing disk space to the VPS. Firstly, it can be done by resizing present underlying volume. Though, here the disk looks big, it would not resize file system. You should slice new space or make new partition as well as mount it to the setup. Secondly, you can assign second disk to VPS.
Besides, you can easily expand the current IP block in the bigger disk without renumbering. After doing so, new Internet Protocols are available instantly with no requirement of rebooting machine. Also, you might need to change VPS interface subnet mask.
